Overview of the Project
Introduction:
Comprising 62 hotel rooms, a hotel lobby, and a restaurant, Maison De Laluz Hotel is a magnificent European classical-style project situated in New Orleans, U.S. The hotel’s owner wanted to create a lavish and sophisticated haven, which resulted in the cooperation with a group of American local designers handling the interior design. But given the differences between the concept and the real products as well as local high expenses, the decision was taken to get supplies from China.
Project Collaboration:
Owner of Maison De Laluz Hotel found our organization via a Google search and started a partnership whereby thorough conversations via voice calls and video conferencing would help to grasp the project needs. We extensively coordinated the design team over two weeks to match various goods and materials so as to attain the intended design scheme. After several tweaks and changes, a last plan was decided upon once samples were ready.
Implementation:
Implementation: initially made for five rooms as a trial, products were initially addressed issues about possible disparities in bulk orders. The client ordered the whole hotel from us based on their pleasure with the quality and design. All of the hotel’s production took three months, with delivery delivered gradually in twenty containers. When our team of engineers arrived at the building site, they guaranteed a seamless installation by offering thorough installation recommendations using graphical and video instructions.
Finally, our company’s effective cooperation with Maison De Laluz Hotel produced a magnificent and sophisticated hideaway right in the heart of New Orleans. Six months of successful completion of the installation resulted from the painstaking attention to detail, high-quality materials, and clear communication all around the project. Having participated in this project makes us proud and motivates us to help to create more creative and successful hotel projects going forward.
